Privacy policy
What we collect on this website, why, and how to reach us. Short and in plain words.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This policy covers borgmobile.com, the website of Borg Mobile, part of TSYBORG LLC. Each of our games has its own privacy policy, linked from that game's page.
What the forms collect, and why
Request an app. Your name, your email, the kind of app, the platforms, your idea, your timeline and, if you choose to tell us, how you found us. We use them to understand your idea and to get back to you with a quote.
Contact. Your name, your email and your message. We use them to reply to you.
With each form we also record the page you sent it from, the date, your country (Cloudflare works it out from your IP address; we do not store the IP address), the website that sent you to us (when your browser shares it) and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM tags). This shows us which pages and links help people find us. When you send a form, our server also uses your IP address for a moment to stop too many messages arriving at once. We do not store it.
What you send is kept in our own database, hosted by Cloudflare, and an alert email lets our team know there is a new message. That alert is sent through Resend, an email delivery service, and goes only to our team. Only our team reads your messages. We never ask for payment details in these forms, and we ask you to share only what you are comfortable sharing in a first message.
How long we keep them. We keep form messages for 24 months, then delete them.
Our spam check
Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check made and run by Cloudflare, so that the messages we receive come from people and not from automated programs. On the Request an app and Contact pages only, it loads a small script from Cloudflare that runs a few quick tests in your browser and looks at technical details such as your IP address and browser. Most people never see it; now and then it may ask you to tick a box. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Our visitor counter
We count visits with our own small counter, not an outside service. When a page loads, it sends one short note to our server with the page and the website that sent you, if any. We keep only the page, the name of that website, your country and your type of device (phone, tablet or computer).
The counter reads your IP address and browser type only to count the visit, and stores neither. It sets no cookies and loads no outside scripts. On our own team's devices it reads one cookie, explained under Cookies below, so that our own visits are not counted.
Cookies
Visitors get no cookies: the public pages of this website set none. Our own team members get cookies only when they sign in to our private admin area: one keeps them signed in, and one stops the visits from their device being counted in our visitor numbers. Neither is ever set for visitors.
Our email runs on Zoho Mail. When you write to us, or we reply to you, the messages are handled by Zoho Mail.
How to reach us
